Do you work directly with the franchisor, the franchisees, or both?
Usually the franchisor, at least to start. We build the program at the brand level, then structure it so it can be offered to franchisees either through the corporate team or as an optional add-on. Some clients want us to manage franchisee relationships directly; others keep that in-house. We’re flexible on the model.
Can the program be white-labeled under the franchise brand?
Yes. We work as a behind-the-scenes partner for franchise brands that want to present digital marketing services under their own name. Your franchisees don’t need to know we’re involved unless you want them to.
